"L’ape e il vento" racconta la storia di un incontro tra un ragazzo e un anziano contadino, dopo che il primo è rimasto con la macchina in panne. Solo alla fine capiremo che in quell’incontro c’è stato qualcosa di magico, di surreale.

Director Biography
Born in Rome in 1977, Massimiliano Camaiti grew up and studied in Italy where he graduated in economics before deciding to concentrate on his greatest passion: film making. He started working as an assistant to several Italian directors like Carlo Verdone, Silvio Soldini and Andrea Barzini.
His experience as a screenwriter involves short films and various tv series. In 2006 he wrote and directed “Armando”, his second short film as a writer and director. This short film has won awards worldwide and was nominated at the prestigious David di Donatello Award in 2007. His third short is "L'amore non esiste". In 2009 he’s been chosen by Gabriele Salvatores and Banca Intesa to direct the short “L’ape e il vento” for the “Per Fiducia” project. He's currently developing his first feature film project.
